National Client Manager, Due Diligence Division
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and knowledge in performing and reviewing various due diligence consulting projects focused on commercial real estate, including environmental due diligence, environmental reviews, state and federal regulatory programs, field investigations, as well as an understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance, and will have superior writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills.
The role and responsibilities of the Client Manager include:
·Identify, develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers;
·Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts through servicing the account and in-person meetings;
· Serving as primary engineering and environmental lead for national accounts;
·Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff as needed;
·Ensuring all projects are staffed, performed to high standards of quality, and delivered on time;
·Managing due diligence projects being completed;
·Ensuring all projects meet the client’s goals and scope expectations;
·Building an intimate, in-depth understanding of the client’s goals and facilitating the delivery of consulting to meet those needs;
·Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with prospective customers. Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding client’s due diligence needs/challenges. Identify strategies that address client’s needs;
·Stay current on the regulations and compliance requirements which affect our business and communicate that information both internally and externally;
·Compensation commensurate with experience and existing relationships.
· Existing relationships with commercial real estate brokers and lenders, bridge lenders, private equity investors, developers, regional banks, property owners, property and/or asset managers;
·Proven track record;
·We are seeking a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic addition to a collaborative office environment with the following experience, skills and attributes;
·Experience (10+ years) performing and reviewing due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s);
·Have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science;
·Have extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types (including but not limited to gas stations, dry cleaners, printing facilities, industrial and manufacturing sites, and automotive repair and body shops);
·Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites;
·High energy, drive, and ambition;
·States and National regulatory knowledge is a plus;
·Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus;
·Excellent writing skills are a MUST;
·Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills;
·Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels;
·Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines;
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat;
·Experience with managing various vendors and subcontractors a plus;
·Bidding and project cost estimation a plus.
Business Development/Client Relations Manager
Must have environmental and/or engineering client relations experience in interfacing and preparing proposals and identifying environmental business opportunities with either the private and/or public sector. Must have a proven track record of successful project experience and knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations.
A minimum of 7 years experience
A minimum of Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University in the Sciences or Engineering is required.
Vice President of Public Sector Business Development
Must have environmental and/or engineering client relations experience in interfacing and preparing proposals and identifying environmental business opportunities in the public sector. Must have a proven track record of successful project experience and knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations. Must have a working knowledge of federal procurement practices and experience in joint venture and participation agreements. Must have proven success in obtaining assignments on a routine basis. Qualified relationships are required and references will be carefully scrutinized
